1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Home Services OH LLC ("we," "our," "us," or the "Company"). By accessing, browsing, or using our website located at homeservicesoh.com (the "Site"), or by submitting an estimate request, inquiry, or contact form through our platform, you ("User," "Homeowner," or "Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Site immediately.

2. Nature of Our Services & Marketplace Model

Home Services OH LLC is a referral network and directory platform. Our primary service consists of collecting project details from homeowners seeking residential and commercial home improvement services across the State of Ohio and matching those requests with participating, independent contractors, technicians, and service vendors ("Service Providers").

Home Services OH LLC is NOT a general contractor, subcontractor, tradesperson, or licensed professional. We do not perform roofing, painting, landscaping, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, masonry, drywall, solar installation, or remodeling work directly.

3. Independent Contractor Relationship & Disclaimers

Service Providers participating in our network are independent contractors and third-party businesses. No agency, partnership, joint venture, employer-employee, or franchiser-franchisee relationship is created between Home Services OH LLC and any Service Provider or Homeowner.

• No Endorsement or Warranty: While we endeavor to connect homeowners with reputable local contractors, we do not guarantee, warrant, or endorse the quality, safety, legality, timeliness, or accuracy of any work, estimate, quote, or representation provided by third-party Service Providers.
• Licensing and Insurance: It is the sole responsibility of the Homeowner to verify that any contractor hired holds the requisite state and municipal trade licenses (including Ohio Construction Industry Licensing Board — OCILB credentials where applicable), general liability insurance, workers' compensation coverage, and local permits before entering into a formal agreement or commencing work.
• Independent Contracts: Any agreement, contract, warranty, change order, or financial transaction entered into is strictly between the Homeowner and the selected Service Provider. Home Services OH LLC is not a party to, nor an arbiter of, disputes arising from such contracts.

4. User Submissions & TCPA / Communications Consent

By submitting your name, phone number, email address, physical address or ZIP code, and project description through any form or CTA on our Site, you provide express written consent to the following:

• Communication Authorization: You authorize Home Services OH LLC and our matched network Service Providers to contact you regarding your request via phone calls, SMS/text messages, prerecorded voice messages, and emails, including communications delivered through automated telephone dialing systems (ATDS).
• Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA): You confirm that you are the authorized subscriber or customary user of the telephone number provided. Consent is not a mandatory condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services. You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying "STOP" or unsubscribe from emails via the link in our messages.
• Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and current project and contact details. Submitting fraudulent, misleading, or automated bot inquiries is strictly prohibited.

5. Estimates, Quotes & Pricing

Any pricing ranges, ballpark estimates, cost estimators, or project averages presented on our Site or discussed during preliminary inquiries are provided for general informational purposes only. Actual project costs depend on on-site inspections, material selection, structural conditions, square footage, permitting requirements, and contractor terms. Final quotes must be provided directly by the contracted Service Provider in writing.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the overall design and arrangement of the Site are the proprietary property of Home Services OH LLC or our content suppliers and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, scrape, distribute, or reverse-engineer any portion of the Site without our express prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL HOME SERVICES OH LLC, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, PROPERTY DAMAGE, PERSONAL INJURY, WORKMANSHIP DEFECTS, CONTRACT BREACHES, DELAYS, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH:

• Any interaction, agreement, dispute, work performed, or estimate provided by third-party Service Providers;
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data;
• Any conduct, statement, or workmanship of any third party on or off the Site.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Home Services OH LLC, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of the Site, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
